Scholarly Activities in Program

  • The Loyola Society of Civic Engagement (LSCE) is now featuring a new series of articles on The Patriot Act in its journal The Loyola Journal of Civil Discourse. One article is by Susan Herman, General Counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union and Professor of Law at Brooklyn School of Law. The others are by Loyola students, Elicia Huffaker, Ryan Romano, and Vitaliy Vozniak.

    DVDs of the recent on-campus debate on The Patriot Act between Dr. Herman and Dr. Paul Rosenzweig of The Heritage Foundation are available upon request.
