The following scholarships are available to evening students:
Betty P. Fosberg Scholarship
This award is named in honor of Mrs. Betty P. Fosberg, who served adult students from 1982 until her retirement in 1997. Her contributions to the college and its students are remembered by many. The endowed scholarship fund that bears her name is a fitting tribute to her from those with whom she came in contact. The Betty P. Fosberg Scholarship may be awarded to the same person no more than two times. Eligibility criteria specify that the applicant:
- must be pursuing an undergraduate degree from Loyola
- must have been enrolled in at Loyola for at least two consecutive semesters immediately preceding the award semester
- must have a Loyola cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or higher
LaNasa-Greco Endowed Scholarship
The LaNasa-Greco Foundation funds this endowed scholarship for the purpose of assisting academically talented adult students at Loyola University New Orleans. The scholarship funds are available to both part-time and full-time students. Eligibility criteria specify that the applicant:
- incoming students must have a 3.0 cumulative grade point average; current Loyola students must have a 3.2 gpa or higher
- must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from Loyola
Alumni Board Endowed Scholarship
The Alumni Board funds this endowed scholarship by conducting annual fundraisers to aid students who wish to earn a degree at Loyola University. Scholarship recipients can be awarded twice, but not two semesters in succession. Eligibility criteria specifies that an applicant:
- must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- must have enrolled in at least 6 semester hours each during the two semesters preceding the award semester
- must have a Loyola undergraduate GPA of 2.5 or graduate GPA of 3.0
